Summary of the project
A compelling brand narrative was developed to attract families and new generations, both locally and internationally. A brochure showcasing Baia’s Winery’s unique fusion of tradition and innovation was produced. Interactive storytelling elements were introduced across the estate, enhancing visitor engagement. Family-friendly vineyard experiences, including grape juice tastings and educational tours, were successfully launched. Additionally, a new presentation was created to support marketing efforts.
A comprehensive sustainability assessment was conducted, leading to the creation of formal guidelines for water conservation, energy efficiency, and waste management. Policies for rainwater harvesting, LED lighting, and local sourcing were established. Staff received training on sustainability practices, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations. These eco-friendly initiatives were documented for future certifications and marketing, reinforcing Baia’s Winery’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
New visitor experiences were successfully introduced, including a curated Wine & Food Matching Experience featuring local pairings, a Vineyard Menu offering open-air farm-to-table dining, and Wine Product Development Masterclasses where guests could create their own wine blends. Special themed events, such as "Harvest & Feast Day," provided immersive vineyard experiences, boosting visitor engagement and customer loyalty.
