Summary of the project

The mentoring organization provided tailored technical assistance, training sessions, and resources to address specific challenges faced by SMEs. Through facilitated workshops, participants were encouraged to embrace innovation and adopt strategic thinking. Incremental implementation strategies were introduced to ease SMEs into new practices, with continuous support and motivation from mentors to overcome resistance.

Technical and digital expertise played a crucial role in the project's success. Experts delivered critical insights and practical solutions, enabling SMEs to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions. This approach resulted in enhanced skills, market expansion, and notable achievements despite constraints such as limited resources and market volatility.

Key outcomes of the project include:

  1. New Service Creation: The launch of "The Estonian Evening," an immersive cultural experience featuring local food, music, and traditional songs, designed to enrich the visitor experience.
  2. Improved Catering Services: As a result of consultations, menus were developed based on seasonal flavors and locally sourced products from small enterprises. These menus, while not public on the website, are shared with potential customers upon inquiry, ensuring a personalized experience.

The mentoring organization’s efforts and adaptive strategies established a solid foundation for future growth, fostering sustainable development and innovation in SME practices.
