Summary of the project
Thanks to Euracademy, 3etravel could fully take advantage of the support provided by the project EuroCluster Rural Tourism in the following points:
Product development
3etravel started co-operations with 5 rural creative businesses all dedicated to the principles of Smart tourism and reflect our commitment to providing authentic and sustainable experiences. These five pilot day or half-day activities are designed to immerse guests in the rich culture, traditions and nature of Montenegro. Some of them will be new experiences for different target groups in our tour programmes in 2025.
Digitalization
- 3etravel developed and launched a new website, including an online booking & payment solution (www.3etravel.me).
- In addition, a social media strategy for Facebook and Instagram was designed. The strategy has been implemented since mid-June with regular posts and blogs.
Sustainability
- 3etravel continued its process towards Travelife certification. The planned audit could not take place within the scope of the project due to a lack of time and resources during the season. The audit is scheduled for November 2024.
