Summary of the project
The package offering was expanded to better meet the needs of various target groups, including considerations for accessibility. The original offer of herbal pie and tea was enhanced with additional lunch options, supported by the construction of a new kitchen block and dining room, which also served as a venue for seminars. With the growing awareness of food intolerances, more attention was given to this issue, and new recipes were developed with the help of a consultant.
The website structure was analyzed, focusing on the customer's journey. Improvements were made to increase multilingual support in response to the rising number of foreign-language visitors. Additionally, the entrepreneur received guidance on optimizing the Google Business Profile and improving website SEO.
Sustainability and circular economy principles were also highlighted on the website, as the entrepreneur sought to better communicate their green initiatives to visitors. Consulting services were provided to help the entrepreneur address these topics.
Outcome: A new package for herb garden visits was created, offering meals that catered to individuals with food intolerances. The package was supported by the development of new buildings, including a kitchen and dining hall, and a review of existing infrastructure to ensure it adhered to universal design principles, making the farm accessible to all target groups.
