Summary of the project

Not one single new product will be created. Instead there will be improvements in various areas of Digital and Social. More specifically: 1) Their marketing and digital communication strategy will be defined. 2) the SME will be trained on how to set up a newsletters communication platform together with the messages to communicate. 3) a process of communication with the customers before they arrive and when they depart with standardised messages (SMS/emails) will be set up training will be provided to the SME on cross cultural communication. 4) the activities they are selling that are suitable for people with reduced mobility will be identified and clearly communicated as such and 5) a walking path leaflet will be created to be handed out to their customers to explore the local nature and history.
