Name of the Project

Active Camp

Summary of the project

MA FASTO has been offering programs for children, designed to develop their outdoor skills and foster teamwork for local schools and sports clubs. Building on the success of these initiatives, the plan is to expand and offer active camps to a broader audience, starting with local and regional participants and potentially growing to attract international attendees.

The Active Camp will provide 5- and 7-day programs for children and youth, offering a well-rounded experience that includes:

  • Accommodation at the Ormanj hut or campsite
  • Full board meals
  • Daily activities aimed at enhancing outdoor skills such as hiking, climbing, balance, use of specialized equipment, orienteering, and simple construction using natural materials
  • Social development activities focused on improving teamwork and communication
  • Educational opportunities to learn about local traditions and ways of life

The exact combination of activities will be tailored to the season (with initial programs during school summer and winter breaks) and the age group of the participants. These camps will provide a dynamic, educational, and fun environment for young people to connect with nature, develop essential life skills, and build lasting friendships.
