Summary of the project

The project presented by La Ojinegra has the main objective of promoting sustainable tourism in the region through various initiatives that integrate culture, nature, and gastronomy. Within this project, a new tourism product called "E-Bike through North Teruel" has been developed, taking advantage of the "Tourism Sustainability Plan in Destination" currently underway in the region.

This product involves the creation of a gastronomic route that connects various towns along the Escuriza River, using electric bicycles to facilitate the journey. The route is designed to highlight local producers and their products, offering visitors an experience that combines the enjoyment of natural landscapes and the exploration of cultural heritage with the tasting of native cuisine.

"E-Bike through North Teruel" is presented as an accessible and attractive option for a broad audience, allowing for the customization of routes and adapting the experience to different skill levels and preferences. The routes are self-guided and circular, beginning and ending at La Ojinegra, an establishment that positions itself as a reference in sustainable rural tourism.

In summary, La Ojinegra's project not only seeks to offer an innovative and environmentally respectful tourist experience but also aims to boost the local economy, give visibility to regional products, and contribute to positioning North Teruel as a destination for responsible and quality tourism.
