Summary of the project
In the area of DIGITAL, we will introduce to our company digital procedures and tools in order to be able to promote our services in a better way and to monitoring the rate of satisfaction of our customers. Also, we will update our website with information of our area about the nature, the culture and the events and other activities that take pace in the area, so as to be more attractive and more operating. Moreover, we're going to introduce a brand-new marketing tool, a two-minute promotional film that will present some of the area's walking and hiking trails, which will be presented by the area's Mountaineering Association and will give the visitor a better picture of the area's natural environment. The film will serve both educational and promotional functions.
In the area of GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY, we will prepare a framework plan in order to develop new synergies with the local enterprises at the sector of food so as we could promote the local traditional food products of Plastiras Lake.
Promoting local cooking recipes and organizing gastronomy events are in our next plans. Also, to protect the environment, we intend to implement recycling in all areas of the business and to promote the pro-environmental approach that we will apply.
In the field of SOCIAL, we will prepare a cooperation plan with other providers in the destination in order to attract new target groups who like the mountain tourism and the new experiences and we would like to design a common tourism package for new target groups (vegetarian, climbers etc.).
