Summary of the project
The three areas that we in which we will implement our plan in order to improve our services and also introduce new products are the following:
First considering the new opportunities on DIGITAL area our plan is to improve our business website, by making it easier to navigate and by inserting new and attractive content and to upload new information more analytical of our services. Also, we will upload external links, social posts and other website promotion methods. We also implement in place a customer satisfaction rating system through which we will collect the data in order to analyze them. By utilizing this analysis, we will be able to have a better understanding on the guest preferences and their behavior. This will make us more capable to offer personalized services and enhance the overall guest experience.
In GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY area, our thought tends towards a collaboration with local enterprises, suppliers and farmers. By doing this we are hoping to develop new synergies in order to promote the local cuisine, support the local economy, reduce transportation-related emissions, and provide guests with an authentic experience.
Finally, in the SOCIAL field, we will prepare a cooperation plan with other providers to attract new target groups who are interested in mountain tourism, cultural tourism, and new experiences. Our rooms are constructed by natural materials (wood and stones) and the accommodation is like you are in a fairytale world. Our plan is to design a common tourism package for new target groups (vegetarian, climbers, cultural tourists etc.) in collaboration with ITAMOS (https://www.itamos.org/) that is a non-profit organization that provide small tourism packages for the environmental and the culture of the area.
