Summary of the project

Our strategy will be focused of three different sectors who will involve the introduction of new products and enhancing our services considering their digital, green and social perspectives.

Within our goals is to increase and improve the company's DIGITAL media capabilities by making our website more user friendly and functional in general. As a start we will add notifications and advertises for nearby events. Furthermore, our thoughts are to create social media accounts on keeping our social medias updated, external connections, and other website promotion methods. Finaly, in cooperation with other tourism companies of our area we will create a three-minute video with the paths of the area to highlight the natural beauty and possibilities for walking in the special natural environment that our area offers.

Regarding GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY, we will suggest launching a vegan-friendly meal delivery business that is geared on satisfying the dietary requirements of its clientele while emphasizing eco-friendly methods. This service would focus on eco-conscious packaging and sourcing practices in addition to meeting the dietary needs of vegans. In order to reduce the carbon footprint, the meals preparation will be done with plant-based ingredients and by prioritizing the use of organic, locally-produced produce. Furthermore, aligned with our green approach will be the packaging of our meals which will comprise of recyclable or biodegradable materials. A thorough recycling program would be put in place by the service, encouraging hotel guests to return packaging for reuse or appropriate disposal. To improve client interaction, there will be educational material in our service about recycling, vegan diet, sustainable living vegan nutrition, and recycling practices. This holistic approach aims to provide a convenient and eco-friendly solution for vegan customers who are also environmentally conscious, contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Finally on our SOCIAL perspective we have in mind to give access to guides so that guided walking tours will be organized on the mountains near us.  The positive effect that we expect from such activities are to create an immersive and engaging experience for the visitors and also help other businesses around us. Skilled and qualified mountain guides with extensive knowledge of the area's natural and cultural landmarks would lead the walking tours. By encouraging such kind of interactions between the hotel, its visitors, and other businesses in the area, this strategy supports ethical and sustainable tourism practices.
