Summary of the project

According to the three areas we intend to implement a strategy of combination of improving existing services while introducing new products.

In particular, in the area of DIGITAL, we are planning to upgrade the services of the website of the business, making the website more operating and inserting new and attractive content and information as far the actions that take place in the area. In this way we intend additionally via paid advertisements to increase the organic traffic of the web-site implementing not only on-page SEO but also off-page SEO tactics. On-page SEO refers to the strategies that you implement on your webpages themselves, including everything from the design and written content, to your metadata, alt text, sitemap, canonical tags and more. Off-page SEO refers to the steps you take outside of your pages. This includes elements like external links, social posts and other website promotion methods. Besides this, we will implement a rating system about the satisfaction of our customers and do data analysis to provide more personalized services, as utilizing data analytics to understand guest preferences and behavior, to offer personalized services and recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience.

In the area of GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY, we will prepare a partnering with local enterprises and suppliers to develop new synergies in the sector of food so that can we could promote local traditional food products, support the local economy, reduce transportation-related emissions, and provide guests with an authentic experience as in our area is been produced a variety of food products like cheese, honey, wine, jam. Moreover, in cooperation with local authorities will promote points of the natural beauty of Plastiras Lake.

Finally, in the field of SOCIAL, we will prepare a cooperation plan with other providers in the destination to attract new target groups who interested the mountain tourism, cultural tourism, and new experiences and we would like to design a common tourism package for new target groups (vegetarian, climbers, culture etc.). In particular, by collaborating with local artists, performers, and cultural institutions we can provide guests with unique and immersive cultural experiences, promoting the destination and creating memorable stays.
