Summary of the project

We plan to execute out a strategy which involves introducing new products and new ways for attract specifically target groups of visitors like adventure seekers, agritourists and natural lovers.

Specifically speaking, we want to increase the company's digital media capabilities by designing our website that will be functional, introducing visually appealing content along with notifications about nearby events and local nature destinations. Moreover, we will develop a communication system with our visitors via which we will have the opportunity to develop a more personal relationship with them and to send to them more information of our area.

We'll also implement a system for rating customer satisfaction and make use of data analytics to provide more customized services. This helps us understand the interests and behavior of our guests better and allows us to offer recommendations and other specialized services that will enhance their entire stay.

Regarding GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY, we will improve our services to our meals with using local products like marmalades’, cheeses, and meats and also, we will offer local drinks like tsipouro and wine.

Moreover, to reduce the carbon footprint, the meals would be prepared with the use of organic, locally-produced produce. Furthermore, in keeping with the green approach, recyclable or biodegradable materials would be used to make the packaging. A thorough recycling program would be put in place by the service, encouraging hotel guests to return packaging for reuse or appropriate disposal. To improve client interaction, educational materials about recycling and recycling practices could be included in the service. This holistic approach aims to provide a convenient and eco-friendly solution for environmentally conscious, contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.

Finally, we plan to start a social project in the area of SOCIAL that will give hotel guests local gastronomy experience with give them the opportunity to participate on events that will cook local meals via organizing gastronomy events. Moreover, we will give them access to local mountain guides for guided walking tours of the mountains. The objective of this service enhancement is to provide visitors with an exceptional and engaging experience while also helping the neighborhood. Skilled and qualified mountain guides with extensive knowledge of the area's natural and cultural landmarks would lead the walking tours. This program supports the livelihoods of local guides in addition to encouraging physical activity and an appreciation of the natural world. By encouraging a healthy interaction between the hotel, its visitors, and the neighborhood, this strategy supports ethical and sustainable tourism practices.
