Summary of the project
We plan to execute a strategy that combines launching new items and improving current services by the three categories.
In the domain of DIGITAL media specifically, we intend to improve the business's website offerings by enhancing its functionality and adding updated, eye-catching material along with updates about local events.
We're going to introduce a brand-new marketing tool, a two-minute promotional film that will present some of the area's walking and hiking trails, which will be presented by the area's Mountaineering Association and will give the visitor a better picture of the area's natural environment. The film will serve both educational and promotional functions.
By using this innovative approach, we facilitate marketing communication and provide a realistic image of the offer, in addition to other crucial components like our core values on the property, guest products, environment, and atmosphere, among others.
In addition, we'll put in place a system for rating customer satisfaction and use data analytics to offer more individualized services. By doing this, we can better understand guest preferences and behavior and provide recommendations and other personalized services that will improve their overall stay.
In the area of GREEN/SUSTAINABILITY, we will propose introducing a sustainable meal delivery service tailored to meet the dietary preferences of vegan customers, with a strong focus on environmentally friendly practices. This service would not only cater to the nutritional needs of vegans but also prioritize eco-conscious packaging and sourcing methods. The meals would be crafted using plant-based ingredients and emphasize the use of locally sourced, organic produce to minimize the carbon footprint. Additionally, to align with the green initiative, the packaging would be made from recyclable or biodegradable materials. The service would implement a comprehensive recycling program, encouraging customers of the hotel to return packaging for reuse or responsible disposal. To enhance customer engagement, educational content on sustainable living, vegan nutrition, and recycling practices could be included in the service. This holistic approach aims to provide a convenient and eco-friendly solution for vegan customers who are also environmentally conscious, contributing to a more sustainable lifestyle.
Finally, in the field of SOCIAL, I propose introducing a social initiative focused on providing hotel customers with guided walking mountain tours led by local mountain guides. This service improvement aims to offer guests a unique and enriching experience while simultaneously benefiting the local community. The walking tours would be led by knowledgeable and certified mountain guides who are well-versed in the region's natural and cultural attractions. This initiative not only promotes physical activity and appreciation for nature but also supports the livelihoods of local guides. In this approach fosters a positive relationship between the hotel, its guests, and the local community, contributing to sustainable and responsible tourism practices.
