Summary of the project

We will up-date the website with minor new information, where we will provide new and additional content related to the market of guests with special needs, first of all we are talking about the blind, visually impaired and deaf and mute. We will connect these contents with the concept of appearing on social media, with the aim of increasing the recognition of our products and offers, both on domestic and foreign markets.

The thematic video material will be created for the purposes of informing and promoting the public. This will include the presentation of content specific to our economy. We will work in a creative way, which enables marketing communication with the efficient transfer of a realistic image of the offer, as well as other very important elements of the recognition of our offer, such as our key values on the property such as the environment, atmosphere, emotions..."

To improve work in the sustainability segment, the provider will carry out certain improvements for the purpose of saving energy, i.e. creating a plan for the construction of a solar power plant at the entrance to the property. In addition, for the purpose of educating guests, a special informative and motivational speech/text will be prepared for guests who come to our accommodation facility. Guests will also be able to rate their satisfaction with their stay in the facility. The offeror will promote its directions on its website and social networks, and of course environmental signage will be placed in visible places. Adequate employee education on the environment and other sustainability topics is also foreseen. Special attention will be paid to the area of biodynamic production and growing vegetables in one's own garden. There is the inspiration of the doctrines of Rudolf Steiner, who was a top expert and pioneer in this field in the destination, and many are guided by his instructions. In terms of sustainable business, we are already working to reduce water consumption (water flow, use of rainwater where appropriate) and electricity. We will encourage a reduction in linen and towel changes and allow guests to cancel the cleaning of their rooms during their stay. We will replace standard chemical cleaning agents with cleaning agents with an ecological label. We will separate waste into at least three categories. A filling station for cars and bicycles is also planned.

SOCIAL

We will prepare a special program for young people "hunting for hidden treasures", which will include a guided game "hunting for treasures". In cooperation with the Dr. Rudolf Steiner Center, an educational center will be set up on the estate, where the message of biodynamic production will be spread. An event of chestnut processing and picking will be organized in combination with a musical experience. We will also prepare a new multisensory product for exploring our property.

Inaddition we will connect key destination site fo natural and cultural heritage in a rounded three-day itinerary and offer it to our guests, so that they can discover all these localities in Međimurje destination. It will be possible to do part of this itinerary with a bicycle, and part with own transport. In this way, we extend the number of overnight stays on our property, and we offer our guests the ultimate experience of getting to know new localities, which tell the rich history of the work and life of the people in Međimurje.
