Summary of the project
On the digital segment we will prepare an analysis of the existing website and social networks and proposals for their improvement. At the same time, we will make sure that the texts will best reflect all important elements that best represent the existing offer and target guests who love nature and art. Particular attention should be paid to the creation of an offer for visiting artists (residence house), who will co-create the development of tourism from nature to culture.
Thematic video material will be created for the purposes of informing and promoting the public. This will include the presentation of content specific to our offer in a creative way that enables marketing communication that conveys a realistic picture of the offer as well as other very important elements, such as our key values such as environment, atmosphere, emotions..."
The idea is to use a short film to show the specifics of the space intended for guests in a creative and innovative way, as hints for various activities, from the wider forested surroundings with the river Kolpa, its tributaries and high mountainous banks, lithopuncture stones and vital energy centres to the living space in a typical local house or Velikanka, an artist residence. Through the basic four ethers of life /water, earth, fire, air/ to show harmony in space, simple comfort in the spirit of the times with a pinch of nostalgia. A garden that offers you vegetables, flowers that speak to you even next to your bed, trees that offer you shade when you lie down in a lounger or meditate next to an old oak tree on the lawn. The scenario will include socializing with artists while creating creatively; with a brush, a pencil, a musical instrument or a hoe in the garden. Through the film, to inspire the guest for different approaches to living and experiencing nature and oneself.
With the goal of a more responsible sustainable business and with the desire to handle resources responsibly, the provider will prepare guidelines for guests according to the standards of green signs, although it does not intend to obtain the certificate itself at the moment. Through the info folder, he will encourage his guests to take a responsible attitude towards the environment, especially when using bedding and towels and when separating waste.
They will also obtain an offer for the renovation and insulation of the dilapidated roof and try to realize it in the shortest possible time.
In the area of social, we will prepare a program for a multi-day art workshop, which will include the elements of art, music, culture, gastronomy and other elements that we can offer in our local environment. This kind of offer is also interesting because it can be done on foot or by bike and means an excellent combination of activities where all our senses are activated: sight, smell, taste, touch - this way we will be able to offer multisensory experiences. Among other things, we already offer bicycle rental at our location.
The second activity will be the implementation of the first art workshop for the target group of artists. In the future, we will advertise and market the program on the website.
