Summary of the project
For the digital segment we will connect existing web site with the concept of appearing on social media with the aim of increasing the recognition of their products and offer, both on domestic and foreign markets. Thematic video material will be created for the purposes of informing and promoting the public. This will include the presentation of content specific to our economy. We will work in a creative way, which enables marketing communication with the efficient transfer of a realistic image of the offer, as well as other very important elements of the recognition of our offer, such as our key values on the property such as the environment, atmosphere, emotions..."
The plan for improving work in the sustainability segment is to sustainably manage facility, where their key product is the wellness offer. For the needs, we will investigate the possible introduction of the following elements:
• Different types of sensors (motion sensor, temperature sensor)
• Detectors for doors, windows, water detector, floods
• Management modules
• Modules for lighting regulation
• Central modules
• Alarms and various security packages
We would focus also on energy conservation with measures and improvement of the system of blinds, lights, heating, (heat pumps) and the possibility of introducing geothermal energy.
The provider will initiate activities to obtain one of the ecological certificates and inform its guests about it.
For the implementation of the social measure, we will prepare a list of providers in our surroundings and the entire destination itinerary: cultural and natural heritage, gastronomy and wine, sports and recreation... In this way, we enable ourselves additional income, extend the number of overnight stays at our property, and offer our guests a superior experience getting to know new contents in our locality, which tell the rich history of work and life of people in Međimurje.
