The "Mountain Wellness Program" by Nirvana Bre offers a unique blend of rural wellness and nature-based exercise to promote relaxation and renewal. Situated in the village of Drežnik at over 700 meters above sea level, guests are immersed in a program designed to rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit. Activities include morning meditative walks through forest trails, outdoor yoga sessions with scenic views, and breathing workshops for stress reduction and improved health.
Guests can also participate in Nordic walking workshops and other gentle exercises suitable for all fitness levels, allowing them to explore the surrounding landscapes. Specially designed nutrition programs emphasize organic and locally sourced foods for a healthy and balanced diet. To enhance the wellness experience, guests have access to outdoor spas and hot tubs enriched with natural products derived from local herbs and essential oils, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being.
