Summary of the project
Our travel agency offers excellent accommodation options for online booking (hotels, pensions, key houses and guesthouses). By guiding our guests to SeklerLand, a narrower region of Transylvania, they try to familiarize the guest and the traveler with its magical diversity and entice them to return.
During the development, we are trying to raise the company's digital platform and services to a new level.
- Technological developments and automation improve the handling of bookings and the sending of confirmations, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing labor requirements.
- With the help of digital marketing strategy and international presence, they can reach a wider audience and increase the number of international customers.
- Collaborations with local partners and the possibilities of unique travel packages help to provide customers with special experiences.
- The development of customer relationship management and analysis tools help ensure high-quality service and support decisions.
