Name of the Project
Edible Senterada: healthy, local eating
Summary of the project
"Edible Senterada: Healthy, Local Eating" presents a proposal focused on workshops and experiences related to food production in small family gardens and organic community gardens. These activities aim to educate individuals on operating gardens, whether on the ground or urban terraces, to promote food self-sufficiency. Participants will also learn traditional culinary techniques to maximize gastronomic and health benefits from the foods produced. This initiative targets clients who prioritize environmental conservation and sustainable tourism, aiming to offer responsible experiences that contribute to the regeneration of the destination and engage with the host community.
