Summary of the project
Q-COOP Tesák's main aim is to enhance their service offerings and develop product packages in collaboration with partners in the area to increase the attractiveness of local accommodations, attract more visitors, and extend their guests' stays. They view promoting and supporting their micro-region as a crucial long-term objective, believing that creating important connections and linking tourist offerings will enhance the region's overall appeal and positively impact guest numbers.
Within the project, they plan to implement various measures, including creating a digital presentation of the region on the OUTDOORACTIVE platform, streamlining internal processes with management tools, presenting the Green Code to guests, developing virtual guides with an educational and ecological focus, and crafting new accommodation packages linked to local service providers such as swimming pools and ski areas.
In terms of digital marketing and promotion, they will consult experts to devise an effective strategy and showcase their offerings on the Outdooractive platform to attract a broader audience. They also aim to present the Green Code to guests and utilize data-driven marketing strategies to promote tourism content effectively.
To enhance visitor experiences, they plan to create digital guided tours and nature excursions using the Outdooractive platform, enriching the overall accommodation experience. Additionally, they aim to integrate with the local community by promoting other local services and products.
They anticipate several significant impacts, including raising awareness of sustainable management practices among guests, revenue growth through increased guest numbers and extended stays, operational cost reductions through streamlined processes, and enhancing their brand as an eco-friendly destination.
Expected deliverables include developing a comprehensive communication strategy, introducing innovative guest packages and services, establishing a global platform presence, and collaborating with the local community to offer tailored packages for guests.
