New excursion with Putin-berry tasting

Summary of the project

Introducing the innovative "Putin-Berry Tasting Excursion" at the homestead, a unique venture designed to attract diverse visitors, including families with children and those interested in healthy local products. This excursion revolves around the viburnum orchards, locally known as "Putin berries," offering tastings of various products like syrups, sweets, jams, and more. The comprehensive excursion includes an educational tour of the farm, enlightening visitors about the benefits of berries, sharing historical insights, and weaving in captivating stories. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore an ethnographic cellar, indulging in tastings of an array of products. The excursion concludes with the opportunity for visitors to purchase the showcased products, fostering a direct connection between the experience and the homestead's offerings. This initiative not only adds a unique and flavorful dimension to the homestead's offerings but also addresses the goal of attracting new visitor categories. To ensure the success of the Putin-Berry Tasting Excursion, the homestead owner will receive assistance in delineating the expenses associated with establishing and maintaining the excursion. The support extends to developing, refining, and testing the program, ensuring its appeal to the target audience. Staff training is also part of the guidance provided, ensuring effective execution of the excursions. By combining educational elements, unique tastings, and the sale of local products, the homestead aims to not only draw in new visitors but also create a distinctive experience that aligns with evolving consumer interests. The Putin-Berry Tasting Excursion serves as a creative solution to fill weekdays and cater to a broader range of visitors, aligning with the homestead's commitment to providing diverse and engaging offerings.
