Educational programs for a new space – Jauja

Summary of the project

The project "Educational Programs for a New Space – Jauja" focuses on leveraging a recently constructed facility at the homestead called Jauja, a unique space resembling a gazebo with a fire pit, ample room, and bunk accommodations. This innovative addition is the first of its kind in Lithuania and was initially intended for events. However, the owners aspire to transform it into an educational hub, aiming to address the challenge of seasonality by attracting visitors even during low-season periods. To realize this vision, the owner will receive comprehensive support. This includes assistance in creating, detailing, and testing educational programs tailored for the Jauja space. The goal is to provide engaging and enriching experiences that draw people year-round. Additionally, support extends to calculating the costs associated with setting up and running this educational initiative, ensuring financial viability and sustainability. Furthermore, the project includes expert guidance in advertising strategies. The owners will receive recommendations on how to effectively promote the educational programs, maximizing visibility and attracting a diverse audience. By repurposing the Jauja space for educational purposes, the project seeks not only to utilize the facility more efficiently but also to offer meaningful and educational experiences that transcend the limitations of seasonal fluctuations. This initiative aligns with the homestead's goal of fostering year-round engagement and establishing itself as a hub for unique and enriching educational programs.
