Summary of the project

The "Nature Experience in Bezi" project aims to create a unique program package centered around nature-based activities and local traditions. Planned elements include showcasing local attractions, organizing programs with service providers, incorporating gastronomic elements, and emphasizing herbal themes. To enhance company operations, the improvement plan focuses on digital development, sustainable management practices, and community integration. This includes digitizing SME processes, digital marketing, obtaining the National Trademark, and integrating local products. The project seeks to define a target clientele through travel habit analysis and aims to generate visitor experiences through collaboration with local artisans. Membership in a local cooperative will further strengthen ties within the community. Overall, the project aims to attract visitors to Bezi through a well-rounded and sustainable nature experience program.
