Small-Scale Adventures
Summary of the project
The "Small-Scale Adventures" project targets overseas guests, especially from Romania, attracted by spa offerings. To develop a tailored package for foreign guests, the project plans to include jams, preserves, or nuts in the room price, serving as welcome gifts from local products. Additionally, the package involves joint jam-making activities where children can design their own labels.
To enhance the company's operation and sell the program package, several digital improvements are necessary. This includes Google Calendar training, a digital system for multilingual guest communication, website updates, SEO implementation, content marketing, branding focused on local products, Facebook training, and TripAdvisor exploration for attracting foreign guests. Marketing intelligence involves analyzing travel habits to define the target clientele.
The project also emphasizes green and sustainable practices, aiming for the National Trademark, incorporating local products into the program package, and promoting a continental breakfast made from special local ingredients with food photography. Social development involves integration with the local community, including membership in a cooperative and support structure.
