Summary of the project
The "Secrets of Vendvidék" project aims to develop a program package by studying travel habits and addressing the lack of existing packages for the region. Planned elements include getting to know Vendvidék and Kétvölgy, incorporating folk traditions, local gastronomy, regional attractions, collaboration with Kétvölgy Kertje for seasonal dish demonstrations, and walking/cycling tours.
To enhance the company's operation and sell the program package, digital improvements are necessary. This includes Google Calendar training, developing a digital system for guest communication and feedback, creating a Google contact account, Facebook page creation, website updates, SEO settings, targeting new audiences with educational programs, professional photography, and visibility in the FATOSZ catalog and website. Marketing intelligence involves analyzing travel habits to define the clientele.
The project emphasizes green and sustainable practices, aiming for the National Trademark and promoting local meals based on regional supply chains. It also highlights the unique "smoky kitchen" experience and the demonstration of local specialties as part of the program package. Social development involves integration with the local community, including membership in a cooperative and support structure.
