The 177-page book is one of the results of the European Erasmus+ project “The European Network for the Promotion of Culinary and Proximity Tourism in Rural Areas” (gastronomytourism.eu). It presents the results of the field research conducted in the 7 partner countries. It contains a needs analysis and operative guidelines for VET courses providers.
